Adi KC Dass Co delivers products across India. We currently ship to over 20,000 pin codes covering major cities, towns, and rural areas. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.

4. Order Processing

Once you place an order, it goes through the following process:

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000 in most locations. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as our delivery partners may not carry change.

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We are working on expanding our services to international markets and will update this policy accordingly.

9. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains items from different sellers or warehouses, they may be shipped separately. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

10. Delivery Issues

If you face any delivery issues:

  • Wrong Address: Inform us immediately to redirect the package
  • Packaging Damage: Reject delivery if package is severely damaged
  • Missing Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery

11. Undeliverable Packages

A package may be marked undeliverable if:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts
  • Package refused by recipient
  • Unable to deliver due to local restrictions

For undeliverable packages, we will attempt to contact you. If the package is returned to us, we will process a refund or reship as per your preference.

12. Shipping During Sales & Promotions

During high-demand periods like sales and festivals, delivery may take longer than usual. Please allow additional 2-3 business days for delivery during such periods.
