1. Return Eligibility
At Adi KC Dass Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order,
you can return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personal care items (underwear, socks, etc.)
- Perishable items
- Customized or personalized products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" during purchase
- Damaged or used items
- Items without original packaging or tags
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your account
- Go to "My Orders" and select the order you wish to return
- Click on "Return Request" and select the items you want to return
- Choose a reason for the return from the available options
- Submit your return request
- You will receive a confirmation email with return instructions
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
You can choose to:
- Schedule a pickup from your address (available in select cities)
- Drop off the package at our designated return centers
- Ship the item back using our return shipping label
5. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will appear in 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
- Wallet: Refund will be credited instantly
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be processed to your bank account
6. Exchange Policy
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you can request an exchange within
the 7-day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is
not available, we will process a refund instead.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support
within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
8. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: Free return shipping
- Incorrect Items: Free return shipping
- Change of Mind: Return shipping charges may apply (₹50-100 depending on location)
9. Important Notes
- Return requests can only be initiated through your Adi KC Dass Co account
- Multiple items from the same order can be returned together
- Original packaging and invoice must be included with returns
- We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our policy criteria
